Using organic-farmed ingredients, this full-body CBD experience will exfoliate and renew the skin, reduce inflammation in joints and muscles, and calm both body and mind. The treatment begins with a gentle but stimulating application of CBD sugar scrub blended with sustainably sourced hemp flower, sweet orange, and cranberry seed. Kuyam, a Chumash Native American Indian word that means “a place to rest together,” combines the therapeutic effects of self-applied desert clay infused with essential oils, intense dry heat and inhalation therapy. In a sauna-like environment, the journey is guided by a meditative and traditional Chumash narrative. This unique detoxifying experience is concluded with a refreshing rinse and presentation of herbal tea while your body core temperature cools. A private Kuyam is clothing optional and requires 2-4 guests from the same traveling group. Individuals may schedule a personal Kuyam for $250 per session.

Guests who are not staying at the resort may schedule treatments at Spa Ojai as day spa guests, based upon availability. A premium access fee of $50 per person will be added to any treatments scheduled Friday-Monday and includes access to the gym, wellness classes, spa pools, and spa public areas. The premium access fee will be waived Tuesday-Thursday, or with the purchase of a Customized Spa Package. A credit card is required in order to confirm your appointment.
